Leider extrem unerfreulich (teuer und mangelhaft)
Die Lage ist ganz okay, mit seitlichem Meerblick
Es steht viel im Kleingedruckten. Klar angekündigt war der Umstand, dass Bettzeug selbst mitgebracht werden muss. Und man die Wahl hat, die Wohnung selbst zu reinigen oder noch einmal kostenpflichtig, für bis zu 140 € reinigen zu lassen.
Nicht mitgeteilt war der Umstand, dass auch Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Seife selbst organisiert werden müssen und das am Ende sogar Wasser, Strom und Gas abgerechnet werden. Abgerechnet ist auch das falsche Wort, denn es wird einfach pauschal etwas abgezogen von der Kaution. Hier fühlt wir uns schon hintergangen.
Es gibt jede Menge Dinge in der Wohnung, die nicht funktionieren. Bei uns funktionierte das Internet nicht, weil offensichtlich vorher das Datenvolumen des Monats verbraucht war. Die Kommunikation zog sich dann einige Tage hin und am Ende hatten wir die komplette Woche kein Internet und kein Fernsehen.
Es gibt auch ziemlich viele Mängel in der Wohnung. Pfannen funktionieren nicht, weil sie nicht Induktionsherd geeignet sind, die Dusche läuft aus, weil man keine Zeit hat, diese zu reparieren, die Dusche ist verschimmelt und an einer Wand im Schlafzimmer ist Salpeter. Das ganze, dann zu eher fürstlichen Preisen, machte den Aufenthalt unter dem Strich zu der schlechtesten Unterkunft, die wir jemals über Booking gebucht haben.
Wären die versteckten Mehrkosten bekannt gewesen oder die bezahlte, aber nicht vorhandene Leistung (Internet), dann hätten wir nicht gebucht. Der Vermieter sah auch keine Veranlassung für ein Entgegenkommen, obwohl das Internet Bestandteil des Mietvertrages war und heute essenziell.
