The apartment was lovely and it had everything you needed. The area was reasonably quiet and both the tram and bus station were not too far (15' walk).
Check in was super smooth (self check in).
Loud noises at 6 am (a sort of banging).
Random people yelling downstairs. Not sure if they were guests or people working in the shops near by.
We stayed for a total of 4 nights and we had 2 toilet paper rolls and 1 bag for rubbish. It was definitely not enough. I did text them because it was saturday and a public holiday so supermarkets were closed, so they kindly brought two toilet paper rolls. Something to be aware of in Germany: supermarkets are closed on public holidays and Sundays.
No dishwashing liquid or hand soap. We had to buy our own.
It is located in a sort of industrial area but you have both supermarkets and cafes/bakery close by.

I really liked the property. It had a wonderful nostalgic feel of being at university again.
Make sure you understand where the property is actually located. The hotel is on the far west side of town. I was thinking it was closer to downtown, but I may have read it incorrectly. Also make sure to bring your own towels!

Lokacja jest zaraz obok supermarketu, tuż przed wejściem jest przystanek autobusu który jedzie do centrum miasta. Wygodne odbieranie kluczy, dobry kontakt z właścicielami.
Z łazienki leciał wilgotny zapach, brak klimatyzacji.

Grande salle de bain et douche. Équipement minimal mais suffisant. A mi distance entre centre ville de Cologne et Phantasialand. Proche de commerces et de point de restauration.
Rajouter du liquide vaisselle, des sacs poubelles et éventuellement des serviettes de douche. Les oreillers sont pas mal usés.
