Super clean. Staffs are cooperative. Near to Pavilion mall. Just 3 to 4 minutes walking distance from MRT Conlay station.

A great location with perfect views of KLCC. The facilities are also up to a high standard. Staff are efficient and attend to your needs. Particularly impressed with the food selection available for room service. Finally and most importantly the suites are extremely comfortable and spacious, allowing you to have the perfect rest and after a busy day exploring KL.
Windows left open around the landing areas allowing the hallways to he quite hit and humid. Rooms are perfectly conditioned with AC though.
