Location, quality of breakfast, park entrances, the steakhouse restaurant was delicious
Breakfast was caotic every morning, we had to wait in line to get a table. Fora kids hotel, kids amenities would have been nice.

walking distance to WB and close proximity to other theme parks. Nikhil at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic, great customer service.
I forgot a few items at the table on the rooftop bar during my stay but the staff at the reception wasn’t helpful to find it the next day.
