The location was excellent, but really the high point of our visit there was the property manager Mert. He was spectacular from the time we arrived till we checked out and even helped us and answered some questions during his off hours. He’s a very nice young man and I would say encountering him was the highlight of the stay there. He was the most helpful concierge we have ever encountered and we travel a lot. The rooms are dark with limited direct sunlight or windows so we accidentally slip 13 hours which we never do.
The rooms could’ve been a little larger per hour taste, but it provided everything we needed for our stay

I’d say this hotel is probably better suited to younger travelers or those who don’t spend much time in the room.
That said, there were plenty of positives. The location is excellent, the family room was surprisingly large and spacious, the view was great but definitely got lucky, some rooms have no view you can tell, and everything was very clean. The overall design and aesthetic of the hotel are modern and well done. Needs something to stop the doors from slamming.
Overall, I would recommend Nalu Boutique Hotel if noise isn’t a priority for you. We enjoyed the location and it worked well for our two-night stay, where maximizing sleep wasn’t our main concern. However, if you’re a light sleeper or planning a longer stay, the soundproofing could significantly impact your experience.
I was honestly surprised that noise wasn’t mentioned more often in the reviews, because it was by far the biggest issue during our stay. One night, a group returned around 3:00 a.m. and we could hear their conversation almost word for word for nearly an hour. In the mornings, the room doors slam loudly, and it genuinely sounded like people were inside our room. The first time it happened, we actually got up to check because we were so convinced someone had entered. The walls and doors seem to provide very little sound insulation, and installing soft-close door mechanisms would make a huge difference.
The check-in process was also frustrating. We completed everything online before arriving, only to have to repeat much of the process again at the entrance. If the hotel is going to operate without a traditional reception desk, the technology and self-check-in experience should be much more streamlined.
The ground floor where you enter is also sort of dark and uninviting, not a huge issue but again maybe suited to a younger crowd who doesn’t mind.
