The location is near a covered shopping mall, which was a helpful landmark. The hotel is also near Nijo station - about a 10 minute walk. The room came with a frig, stove (!), kitchen sink.
A shared space by the common kitchen with full-size stove, and refrigerator, dishes, cookware, and flatware as well as the requisite separated bins for trash and recycling.
The place is clean and quiet.
There are multiple floors of rooms and mercifully there is an elevator! Luckily we were on the first floor.
The beds were a little on the soft side and made it hard to turn during the night.
There is a step up after entering the room, easy to trip in the dark.
Only one key per room, so if you're traveling with someone, you have to coordinate or stay together.

An excellent hotel with wonderful staff who kindly stored our luggage for several days, making our trip around Japan so much easier and more enjoyable. We truly loved our stay!
Everything was great!

All. Clean property, property is a walking distance in Nijo Station, and there is a supermarket in just a couple of steps.
