It's good hotel but there are a few issues

Location was awesome. The park is next to the hotel, there are restaurants near.. very good. Employees are polite. Clean. Beautiful. Pool is warm, it's so great. Shows with music are awesome, very happy.

Very poorly organized. Check-in took 2 hours. Lack of staff to handle the number of guests arriving at 2 pm. It was so crowded you can't imagine. It's impossible to rest with your family. Every 5 minutes a salesperson asks if you want to invest on the property. They keep offering you to buy the property. The salespeople are not to blame but the hotel yes. They shouldn't allow this.
