The customer service was excellent. The rooms and washrooms were very clean. They accodated us with every single request without hesitation and quick.
15 min walk or 3 min drive to beautiful beach.
Just a note for others, drinking tap water is totally safe and according to EU regulations. Hotel is 15 mins away from next town, Portimao with tons of resturants, rental companies (scooters, kayaks, tours) and other general shops.
Nothing to dislike!

The breakfast were very good with plenty of choice between fresh fruit, cereals, bread and cooked food. The room was specious and clean with a large comfortable bed. The kitchenette was a usual option to make a snack in the evening if you had a larger lunch out.

The property was great.
We asked for an alarm call to catch flight . It didn’t happen but thankfully I woke up early anyway

It is small scale hotel that felt perfect for a chill and relaxed vacation. The location was perfect, the staff very friendly, it was my birthday and they left a card with some champagne and fruit that I really appreciated!!
I feel the pool looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is, still it was comfortable and we had a great time!
