Stayed here before and got the exact same room. Service was excellent and friendly. It is a shame that you do not provide a proper breakfast. Only a small point on what was a great stay.
No breakfast available. the food available was very expensive for what you got so that was a small downer on the whole experience.

Front desk personnel were very nice and customer service was excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
There are NO elevators on the premises and we got booked the 2nd floor and had to make multiple trips with our luggage. There are no bathrooms located in either pool areas you have to go soaking wet to front desk to use theirs or your room which ours were super far from pool. Pool also was a little dirty and you can see oils and liquids floating on top. Location is farther from downtown.
