The hotel has everything you need amenities wise and you don’t really need to leave. The whole family is entertained. Pool, beach, kids club and multiple restaurant options.

The breakfast and staff were fantastic, the location was also great. Overall good value for money.
We were disappointed by the room. Firstly, we booked for 2 adults and 2 teens in the room and it suggested a room with 2 doubles but didn't expect the beds to be so small. They looked and felt smaller than a standard double. Also, the room itself and bathroom were poorly fitted out. The taps were too short for the sink meaning water was spilling out over the counter; there was a leak near the bathtub which baffled us as no tap was turned on near it resulting in a constantly wet floor, and the shower tap was far too hard to turn on, it required a lot of strength to turn the water on and off. Secondly, we had to call housekpeeing daily (usually later afternoon to early evening) to report that our rooms had not been serviced yet for the day, and were often calling back again as there were not enough towels left in the room for the 4 of us. Also on arrival there were not enough pillows for the four of us. All minor things that didn't affect our enjoyment of the trip but would expect these issues to be addressed for a 5 star hotel.

Our stay at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was great, the variety of restaurants was impressive, and the way they handled our flight cancellation was exceptional—flexible and hassle-free. The team fully supported us and helped us immediately in that situation.
Special recognition goes to Amira at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and charming, and our waiter Tijan, who made our vacation an unforgettable experience. These two truly stood out.
We would recommend this hotel at any time and would love to come back

The staff weee very good .
Most restaurants and bars were closed in the hotel.
Beds were very hard
Shower leaked
From 2am onwards outside our room on the main road became a race track for several hours.
Food and drink very expensive.
Towels left on sunbed all day long and noone on them.
Cheap to pay for the hotel but when you got there the food and drink was average and extortionate.
A pint was over £10 for instance
Average bar food expensive
Coke can over £5.
Plus your room tax and travel tax
They repeated asking us to put money on the room with a credit card despite us getting over £500 and decided to just pay as we go
