This was in a good location for places to eat

Location ideal for the event we were attending. Beds were spotlessly clean & comfortable.
Kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay.
I had some confusion about the deposit payment & security codes but the lady I rang (several times) was helpful & friendly. The £250 deposit may seem steep but realistically this is a very budget friendly accommodation & without the security deposit I just know the property would not be respected by some guests. That along with the gate & door access codes makes this a safe & well maintained place to stay.
Street noise at the front is to be expected in a city centre but the bedrooms at the back were perfectly quiet.
Only real downside, the living room is quite cold. It’s a big room with high ceilings & tall, single glazed windows.

It had everything we needed in the property we didn’t need to take any towels etc. it was nice and cosy we enjoyed being able to sit and chat and watch tv comfortably.
It was quite cold because of the 3 massive windows in the living area. There were quite a few steps outside to get to the property. The beds were not that comfortable.

Location perfect for nightlife
Entrance is dingy and unkept also to be greeted by sex workers was quite something when arriving back in the evening. Beds were hard and springy unsure when last maintenance check was done as fair few issues
