Nie polecam - wynajmujący ukrywa kluczowe informacje

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, w centrum nad sama rzeka. Niestety z taką lokalizacja wiążą sie obostrzenia i koszty parkingowe, przez co apartament z parkingiem jest bardzo wazny. W tej sprawie jednak wynajmujący intencjonalnie wprowadza gosci w błąd zapewniając o nieskrepowanym i bezpłatnym dostępie do parkingu podziemnego.

Nie polecam. Kluczowe informacje dotyczące parkingu są przedstawione w sposób, który w mojej ocenie wprowadza konsumenta w błąd. W kilku miejscach oferty wynajmujący eksponuje informację o bezpłatnym parkingu dla gości. Nie wskazuje jednak przy niej, że chodzi o miejsce na podnośniku parkingowym, z którego mogą skorzystać wyłącznie bardzo małe samochody. Maksymalna wysokość pojazdu wynosi ok. 1,5 m, a także dopuszczalne długość i szerokość są mocno ograniczone. W praktyce wyklucza to bardzo dużą część współczesnych samochodów. Informacja o tych ograniczeniach znajduje się dopiero w jednej z dalszych zakładek oferty, pośród wielu innych informacji, i jest podana wyłącznie po angielsku. Co szczególnie istotne, w innych miejscach, w których oferta informuje o „bezpłatnym parkingu”, tak poważne ograniczenie nie jest wskazywane. Jednoznaczna informacja o parametrach miejsca parkingowego została mi przekazana dopiero w wiadomości po dokonaniu rezerwacji i zapłacie. Nie tylko ja dałem sie nabrać - sa już tu opinie, w których goście również zwracaja na to uwagę- wynajmujący nic sobie z tego jednak nie robi. Parking był dla mnie jednym z kluczowych kryteriów wyboru noclegu. Zdecydowałem się właśnie na tę ofertę, mimo że była droższa od innych porównywalnych ofert w tej lokalizacji. Gdy po otrzymaniu pełnej informacji niezwłocznie próbowałem zrezygnować z rezerwacji, wynajmujący odmówił bezkosztowego rozwiązania sprawy albo żądał zapłaty ponad 1000 zł, powołując się na informację ukrytą w jednej z zakładek. Uważam taki sposób prezentowania oferty za niedopuszczalny i zamierzam zgłosić sprawę do UOKiK, również w zakresie sposobu reakcji platformy Booking.com na tego rodzaju praktyki. Samo mieszkanie jest duże, ale jego stan również pozostawia sporo do życzenia. Okna były brudne, ręczniki miały nieprzyjemny, zatęchły zapach, a żelazko znajdowało się w stanie, który moim zdaniem uniemożliwiał normalne korzystanie.

Bardzo miło spędziliśmy wolny czas.

Bardzo dobre położenie. Blisko do starego miasta. Po wyczerpującym dniu można było zrelaksować się w spa znajdującym w miejscu zakwaterowania. Czysto w pokojach i łazience. Możliwość dojechania na piętro lub do garażu windą.

Nie było wyznaczonej osoby z którą można było wyjaśnić problematyczne sprawy. Brak oznaczenia dojazdu w parkingu podziemnym,by znaleźć swoje miejsce parkingowe. Uszkodzony zamek drzwi wejściowych do apartamentu,nie dziłający pilot od telewizora.

Bardzo dobre położenie. Blisko do starego miasta. Po wyczerpującym dniu można było zrelaksować się w spa znajdującym w miejscu zakwaterowania. Czysto w pokojach i łazience. Możliwość dojechania na piętro lub do garażu windą.

Nie było wyznaczonej osoby z którą można było wyjaśnić problematyczne sprawy. Brak oznaczenia dojazdu w parkingu podziemnym,by znaleźć swoje miejsce parkingowe. Uszkodzony zamek drzwi wejściowych do apartamentu,nie dziłający pilot od telewizora.
