They're a keeper; they go extra miles to make you comfortable and the balcony is lovely.
I got a really nice meal the night I arrived and wouldn't have mind upgrading whatever was set for breakfast to get something I wanted instead of the de-facto breakfast they served.

The hotel worthy of excellence and the staffs are very nice.

Just the dinner and the transport availability.
In addition some of the staffs were friendly and respectful.
Some of the staffs were over zealous .
My first complementary breakfast was not palatable. It wasn't well organised. Subsequent lunch and dinner was not bad.
The location seems confusing. It took someone to tell us that the hotel is still in the street.
