Its a palace in true sense and they work extremely hard to maintain the place.
Breakfast buffet runs out of food frequently and refilling takes time. They have include some experiences like butler service etc for totally royal experience.

Beautiful property, excellent views, terraced garden to relax and easily accessible. Did have a shuttle car service to drop off and pick up from mall road.
Steep incline so hard to climb without the car.

Beautiful property, very central and has a car for pick up and drop off on Main Street.
A bit hard to access without the car due to the steep slope. Unless you are fit and can climb up.

The location is very good with easy access to the center of town. The front desk and staff are very helpful and they really made our stay pleasant. The property has good rooms with modern fittings and furnishings and plenty of green area as well as open spaces that are very convenient at a hill station such as Mussourie in any season. A fairly decent variety of food is available and the preparations are nice.
The cleanliness needs a lot to desire. The furnishings needed deep cleaning as dirty marks were seen on the sofa. The floor mop used by the housekeeping was black and so dirty that it would make the floor dirtier rather than cleaner. At the end of the cleaning, the room did not seem any fresher.
