Great for what we required
The on-site construction/road conditions weren’t great in parts. The website pictures didn’t really replicate the property we had.

Nice quiet location on the edge of Arbroath but only a few minutes drive to the town and harbour etc , the accommodations was very clean and comfortable with a wrap round veranda and allocated car park space ,

Immaculate accommodation, easy to find and great location for families and friends.
It would be great to have onsite option for coffee/cakes/rolls in the morning as the bar doesn't open until 4pm, although saying that it's only 5 minutes to the town where there are lots of options to choose from.

Caravan had the basics you needed.
Cant comment on and of the facilities because dogs are not allowed in the main building so we could not use the bar/restaurants/join entertainment. There was only a small grass area to exercise them. Caravan no. 5 looks directly on to the main building and play park so there was a lot of noise/traffic passing.
