We really enjoyed the property, it was great for what we needed and good value for money. Downstairs is a lovely layout with large lounge and well equipped kitchen. The bath was nice and deep and shower good too. Upstairs is cozy but comfortable. Main bed mattress was very nice and slept well, brilliant views over Brighton!
Little rough around the edges, could do with some TLC in places. Sofa bed was quite worn and uncomfortable with big dips. Kitchen utensils could be better quality.

ambiente migliore della casa la cucina veramente bella, grande e dotata di ogni supporto per cucinarsi pranzi e cene in famiglia ed evitare di recarsi nei locali.
Inconveniente con le pulizie prontamente risolto dal padrone di casa.
In bagno andrebbe migliorata l'illuminazione e i letti sono rumorosi.

The location was as described and quiet. We liked the living room’s ambiance. The bathroom was good. The kitchen was nice. It was OK for a short stay.
The beds were difficult to negotiate without bumping into the hardwood surrounding. The bedrooms were hot and in one case very small. The fans provided helped but were dusty, which didn’t help an asthma sufferer. The stairs to the bedrooms were a little bit difficult to negotiate. The living room sofas were OK but not especially comfortable. The kitchen was reasonable but would have benefitted from a cloth and/ or tea towel. The cutlery was limited. We did not use the oven so cannot comment on cooking. It was a little grubby in places. The lockbox for the keys is difficult to open and close.
