Perfect location close to the airport when you arrive later or have to go early - only 5min by walk or there is a free transfer. Room with space and you can have breakfast on the terrasse

Nice, clean, modern looking rooms, the most comfortable bed i slept on my entire time in Guatemala, wished I had spent more than 1.night..the staff was very friendly and accomodating, they even popped some microwave popcorn for us.The Breakfast delivered to the room was a cherry on top.

Very rude staff member. One particular employee, Andres (if I recall his name correctly), completely ruined what had been a pleasant stay up until that point. Our breakfast was forgotten and, by the time it was finally addressed, it was so late that we were left with very little time before check-out. Instead of offering an apology, he responded by pointing out that breakfast was “a complimentary courtesy” and implying that we had no right to ask for a little extra time to enjoy it without rushing. As a result, we were forced to eat breakfast in just 10 minutes. The whole interaction was unpleasant, uncomfortable, and entirely unnecessary. It was very disappointing to have an otherwise enjoyable stay end on such a negative note.
