It was very central and made it easy to walk around the city, the reception office was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt safe and enjoyed the spacious room and lounge area. It was very quiet and we spelt very well. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco that we found in the fridge.
The bathroom was somewhat smaller than expected, with sachets for soap and shower gel which seemed a little cheap for the room and there was no hot water after a very short time so we finished with cold showers. There weren't any tea bags either, only coffee. Car parking was quite a distance away but that's the same for everyone because you can't drive inside the city and have to park around the perimeter.

Room was spacious and well located in town. Easy to find and access the key.
We could have used a blanket as there was just a sheet available, but that was only a minor thing.

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Fantastic location too. Very grateful for the surprise complimentary bottle of Prosecco.
No full length mirror. Step up into bathroom was awkward.

Great location for lake como close to restaurants and shops and to the sea
The amount we paid for 4 nights wasn’t worth the total value of the room. The room had basic amenities and wasn’t spacious enough. I requested rose petals on the bed and when I arrived it was plastic rose petals which was disappointing
