Comfortable, easy, clean. Just plan going out with the bus timing

Cleanliness, easy check-in with straightforward instructions, and air conditioning

A bit far away from bus stop.

Budget, value for money option!

Value for money was amazing and the location met our needs perfectly. Check-in was super easy and we liked the flexible hours allowed by the self check-in process. Instructions and communications were clear.

The location is not very close to a bus or metro station - around 10-15 minutes walk for the nearest public transportation. The area itself is more of an industrial zone. Not a reason to skip this option, but take into consideration.

7 / 10

Industrial but clean lodgings

Clean and tidy. There is a shared kitchen between all the rooms, although you are not allowed to use it after 9pm. The atmosphere is dormitory-like. Convenient for events at the Unipol Forum -it's about a 30 minute walk. Would probably only stay for a day or two, not longer.

The rooms are located in an industrial block of buildings that do not look like overnight lodgings/hotel on the outside, so we drove past it the first time. Definitely need data on your phone to watch the video/follow check in directions. The entire area is a bit industrial, and a car is definitely needed to get around.

6 / 10

Nice place, but too far from Milan and bad public transportation to access the place.

The consumer needs to be informed that the location is remote and not accessible. Walking from the Metro to the hosting area, three kilometers on an unlit street as a female, was not a pleasant or safe experience. It takes about two hours to get from the apartment to Milan's downtown. As a traveler with limited time, I was not aware of this significant loss of time. Friendly host, nice place, but terrible location if you want to be closer to the central vicinity.

Camera grande e pulita

Mancanza asciugano per il bidet

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
