Comfortable bed. Kettle and coffee maker. Good breakfast.
Good location for underground and Rossio station
Small room. Complimentary water only on day one. No extras for husbands birthday, but maybe this is a Portuguese thing to ignore "reason for trip"

The area.
The entrance of the hotel. No reception area to sit and relax. The lift was extremely smelly. The plumbing was dreadful in the sink. Our windows virtually backed onto the adjacent building and outside fans were on constantly therefore couldn't open windows and no views. Therefore making it very expensive. As a long staying guest I was expecting something better and was told there was nothing else. Not true.
