This is an older hotel that has been beautifully updated. It's absolutely in a beautiful location and the pier bar is really fun. You can also snorkel right from the pier. Their Komodo Island Boat Tour is expensive, but very enjoyable and convienent. The food was ok, not bad at all, not great either. Our room was so small. We had a delux ocean balcony room and I just expected something a little nicer and bigger. We did have the best sunset views I've ever seen! I gave the hotel a 7 because they did not have any activities for adults and there wasn't much to do around the area or at the resort except swim and drink.

The room was too small. There wasn't anything to do in the resort. The hotel, food, and drinks are expensive.

It could pay more attention to cleanliness inside the rooms to achieve and maintain it’s status as high end hotel or luxury hotel.

- Super easy to get there. Very close to the airport (6-7min max). Located right by the sea, easy to explore the surroundings and hop on a boat to head to Komodo. - Friendly and efficient staff at the swimming pools, during the activities and at the different restaurants

- while the rooms are modern, the design/style doesn’t age very well - bad experience at the time of the check-out - they basically forgot about the deposit I paid at the check in while the bill was not accurate in the first place.
