I had a frustrating experience with the Hilton hotel across the street. When I came to AC Marriott, I was greeted by Kat at the front desk who did everything in her power to make me comfortable. I’m very grateful.
One of the bartenders was pretty condescending and a little rude. An older gentleman who worked in the evening on Saturday 10/24.

Centrally located.
Staff was not attentive. I had several bags when I checked in and no one offered to help me to my room. Same during checkout. The elevator location was not visible and staff pointed me to a whole other section - essentially the lobby of an adjacent hotel. I had to walk back, all while carrying my bags, and the staff member did acknowledge his error. The customer service just seemed lacking. Also the room did not seem to keep temp.
