The modern kitchen and the bathroom were amazing. Very large and spacious throughout. With a good TV. Handy having a lift instead of stairs. Location was perfect and easy to eat out and see the centre of Wroclaw.
Not enough towels out for us to use for 3 of us. There was a washing machine with additional towels and other bits, but it was unclear if they were clean. We did not know what door was ours upon arriving at 2.30am and felt like an idiot trying all the doors on the floor at the risk of scaring other apartments or feeling like a burglar at that time. Therefore, I had to ring the owner who fortunately sent a picture of the correct door after hassling them through the supplied contact info. However, this was disappointing and caused frustration. The parking space was very tight as a pillar takes up 1-2 foot of the space and it was not made clear that we should keep the parking barrier locked, which was down before we even got a car and once collecting our hire car someone had parked in it. We were also not supplied with a garage remote and this meant leaving the car to go through the apartment block down the lift and walking across the parking garage to manually open the garage door. Luckily it was not just me and I could send my wife to do this, especially as I have mobility issues. This also meant I didn’t leave the car abandoned! Apparently it was being fixed, but this should have been conveyed beforehand. I would suggest a few more directions should be provided for future guests:

The property is located 5 minutes from the main square. It’s clean and cosy in a very clean building.
It was comfortable and easy short walk to shops and restaurants.
