Staff was lovely and helpful. The place was clean and the food was good. Great location just occasional traffic..
The room was cold and there were no blankets.

Good location on a quiet street, though only a handful of restaurant choices within walking distance. Liked having a desk and mini fridge. Comfortable bed. Nice adequate breakfast, which included fruit. Bathroom fixtures in good working order, and hot water came through quickly. Wifi was good, room lighting was good.
Disliked the overhead shower. Would have much preferred a hand-held shower. Drainage in shower may need attention. The rug in the room was a trip hazard.

This hotel is effectively a larger house with private rooms upstairs. It's in a quiet, yet vibrant part of Bogota, safe and full of great things to eat and do. It's a very restful, beautifully decorated property.
The room was a little cold one night, but they leant me a small heater.
