Comfortable and Quiet

Freshly renovated flat, all new and modern. They thought of all details, they had the basic cooking things (oil, salt, etc.) as well as bags, tupperwears, etc. There is also mats, umbrellas and other things you might need for the beach.Also it was super quiet.

Esperienza pessima anche se l’appartamento era spazioso e pulito.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite booking con un annuncio poco chiaro che prevedeva di versare una quota dell’importo direttamente in loco. Poi abbiamo scoperto che questa quota non prelevata da booking andava versata a un altro gestore-con sede all’estero. Abbiamo ricevuto ogni giorno messaggi da questo ‘Belvilla’ con informazioni sbagliate rispetto alla nostra prenotazione e richieste di soldi non giustificate. Il totale versato a Booking + richieste Belvilla non corrispondeva al totale della prenotazione. L’assistenza clienti Booking, contattata successivamente, ci ha detto di ignorare questi messaggi e di stare tranquilli che qualora fossero sorti problemi il giorno del check-in ci avrebbero trovato un altro alloggio in zona. Il giorno stesso Belvilla non ci voleva permettere di fare il check-in fino a quando non versavamo una certa somma di denaro attraverso un link fornito in questi messaggi. Alle richieste di chiarimento che abbiamo effettuato via call center Belvilla (estero, per cui ci sono stati addebitati diversi costi per le chiamate) ogni volta ci rispondeva una persona diversa che non parlava italiano e non sapeva giustificarci queste cifre, rimandandoci all’assistenza clienti Booking. Abbiamo passato più di mezza giornata al telefono tra call center Belvilla e assistenza Booking anche questa inadeguata alla situazione, ci ha rimandato a Belvilla senza risolvere la situazione e dicendoci che potevano trovarci un nuovo alloggio solo a seguito di un formale rifiuto da parte della struttura che però non arrivava. Alla fine è emerso che i soldi richiesti in più rispetto alla prenotazione totale fatta su booking erano riferiti a un costo “opzionale” per le pulizie che però veniva richiesto obbligatoriamente. Solo dopo aver discusso con vari operatori Belvilla chiedendo di comunicare a booking che non potevano accettarci, siamo riusciti a non pagare i soldi in più richiesti (per ora). Nel complesso esperienza da non ripetere, che non consiglieremmo a nessuno.

Dopo aver pagato 170 euro di prenotazione mi hanno chiesto in più 270 euro per usufruire del soggiorno. Ho chiesto subito la disdetta e nessuno si è fatto sentire. Comunque ho buttato 170 euro e alla fine ho soggiornato in un altra location
