We absolutely loved our stay at Casa dos Cortinhais!
Surrounded by peaceful nature and beautiful mountains, the property has a wonderful atmosphere and positive energy. We really enjoyed exploring the area, discovering its history, including the ancient Roman road, and going hiking in the surroundings. We only wish we could have stayed longer to discover even more!
Finding the house was easy, and the owner was very kind, helpful, and communicative, providing us with all the necessary information before our arrival. We also really appreciated the fresh local eggs left in the fridge, a lovely touch that made us feel welcome. We even discovered some delicious local honey and cheese at a small shop in Covide!
The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Swimming in the pool while surrounded by the mountains was an incredible experience, and we were lucky to enjoy beautiful sunny weather during our visit. We especially loved having breakfast under the pergola and enjoying the barbecue.
If we could suggest a couple of small improvements, mosquito screens on the windows in the bedrooms and living room would be wonderful, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh mountain air while keeping insects outside. We also felt that the bed linen could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. Although these were minor things and certainly didn't affect our overall enjoyment.
Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and are very grateful for the hospitality and thoughtful touches. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us! We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

Adoramos a estadia! A Anabela é uma anfitriã encantadora, cheia de simpatia e profissionalismo. Esteve sempre disponível para nos dar indicações claras e explicar tudo com muita paciência, o que nos deixou extremamente à vontade desde o primeiro momento. A casa é maravilhosa, muito bem equipada e ultrapassa claramente as expectativas. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável e agradável. O espaço exterior é simplesmente um paraíso, com churrasqueira e piscina privada, ideal para relaxar e aproveitar o ambiente.Nota-se que a Anabela se importa imenso com os detalhes e que foi colocado muito carinho e trabalho nesta casa. Voltaremos com toda a certeza! Esperamos que os próximos hóspedes saibam valorizar e manter este espaço tão especial.
