Property was central and close to shops and restaurants
Cooking utensils were poor .. only x1 wooden spatula which didn’t work well when trying to cook made life difficult when preparing food when stayed indoors .. there was also damp patches with mould growing on the bedroom ceiling above the bed which requires attention ( back bedroom ) parking was a bit of a chore , as having to still use council parking areas which meant having to wait around in carpark until space was available

Nice comfy beds, all the facilities were well appointed
The key code was incorrect and meant we were locked out at night with a partially disabled member of our group and had to wait for someone with a key to come and let us in. Also,there was no parking permit available when we arrived and we had to park the car elsewhere approx 1 k away.

Great big TV.
No hoover.
Not enough cutlery…only 5 forks.
No extra bin bags.
One tea towel which was a bit grubby.
Cold showers in two of the three bedrooms - couldn’t get them warm.

Lovely location, kind staff who respond to you very quickly when messaged. Property is nicely laid out.
It is no longer laid out like the photos shown😪 there is no fireplace with a fire has now been blocked off with a sofa instead there is a radiator which doesn’t work so a temporary oil plug-in radiator. Is its replacement, Sadly due to the size of the room the radiator is too small to warm the room. Bed linen had not been changed one of the pillows had somebody’s make-up stain and when pulling back the duvets, pubic hairs were found throughout the beds. we bought wipes from the local Tesco Express and deep cleaned all the sides and tables, they was very filthy. Cutlery and plates all filthy luckily we boil washed them in the dishwasher. The maintenance is the only downfall for this property.
