Great location, amazing apartment and loads of space

If I needed to ask a question, I could speak to actual person very quickly. The apartment was immaculate and location was excellent.

Great stay and great price

Good location, plenty of wardrobe space

Sofa was a bit hard but ok. Tv a bit low on wall top of it was waist height. One blind broken but you could roll with hand. Couple of hairs in places but still clean otherwise

Dreadful experience

Rude staff , didn’t get sent the email for the room key , rang and explained and it was a problem with an extra letter in my email address which was made out to be my fault , room was dirty to begin with marks all over the walls , dirty floors which definately needed mopping, shower tiny barely enough room to turn around and shower head sprayed out everywhere , whole apartment tiny, smallest tv you have ever seen, list of jobs to do before you leave , listed as serviced apartment and are definitely not serviced , 1 roll of toilet roll for 4 days 2 towels , extortionate prices , bed is severely uncomfortable we even tried putting the mattress on the floor as we were in agony with our backs after the first night , accused of things that never happened and are clearly a lie. … avoid at all costs
