The accommodation is tucked away on a quiet street but is still within an easy 10-minute walk of the lovely historic centre. The rooms are comfortable, with plenty of blankets on the bed, and the rooftop lounge and breakfast area offer amazing views of the volcanoes. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and always willing to help. They also provided a very efficient laundry service, completing it within a day. Boxed breakfasts were available for guests heading out on tours, which was a great touch. The TV also had streaming options, which was nice.
The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, and the room could have benefited from a couple more hangers and a hairdryer, which can be requested. Drinking water is available to purchase at reception. It would be nice to have some glass wear in the room for water storage and drinking. My room, 102, was next to reception, so was occasionally disturbed by guests checking in. You leave the room key at reception when going out for the day.

The bird paintings, the quiet location, and the 2nd floor room. Gleysy, the woman working there, was kind, professional and wonderful to work with.
Note to the owner: The reception smelled, the couches were stained, the windows on the balcony were cloudy and obscured the view. The male attendant, Jack, lied to me to regarding a phone conversation with a tour guide. He suggested we talk in my room twice. Solo female travelers should work with Gleysy.
