Exceptional

It was so quite here & so beautiful. Interesting to get to but definitely worth it! We had a nice relaxing time here & really enjoyed it.

Wir haben die Zeit leider alles andere als genossen und waren froh als wir abreisen konnten.

Der Eigentümer Dan war so nett und kam am ersten Morgen zur Unterkunft, um die Probleme zu adressieren.

Leider entspricht die Unterkunft nicht ihrem hohen Preis und ist nicht in einem vermietbaren Zustand. Die Möbel und das Küchenequipment sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Utensilien in der Küche könnte man problemlos für wenig Geld erneuern. Die Outdoormöbel sind ebenfalls teilweise kaputt und dreckig. Wir haben die Unterkunft extrem dreckig und unhygienisch vorgefunden. Es waren Haare in den Betten, Fußnägel lagen rum, die Outdoormöbel werden einfach im Regen stehen gelassen und der Grill war sehr dreckig. Bei der Ankunft hat die Haustür nicht geschlossen, wir haben also die erste Nacht mit offener Tür mitten im Wald geschlafen. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab und gegen Ende des Aufenthaltes funktionierte die Zisterne nicht mehr, sodass die Unterkunft von einem Toilettengeruch umgeben war. Der Eigentümer Dan war nett und hilfsbereit, ich hätte ihm zuliebe gerne eine bessere Bewertung gegeben. Aber leider ist dies die Wahrheit und andere Gäste sollten es wissen. Wir haben die Kosten der ersten Nacht erstattet bekommen, aber bei all den Punkten und Unnanehmlichkeiten war dies einfach nicht genug. Das schlimmste von allem war allerdings die Verwaltung der Immobilie. Unsere Anliegen wurden nie bearbeitet und ernst genommen, man musste ständig nachfragen und hatte dann wieder mit einer anderen Person zu tun, der man den Sachverhalt von vorne erklären musste.
