The views obviously.
Not enough kitchen utensils even to cook for 2, only one electric burner, a tiny kitchen trash can, counter tops are sticky, no BBQ. Pellet stove worked on and off, then just completely off after we let it rest for a day. On the first day, we had already had the visit of Carla (who had staff clean up the stove, but that failed to properly fix the issue). Hence, no cozy stove for 2 days. I need to address a matter that bothered me as well. Carla and her staff entered the place with dirty shoes to fix the stove, and she also let her dog in without asking. Of course, the floor got very dirty especially in the bedroom, we could even see their shoe prints! When I asked if we could have the floor properly mopped while they were still in the apartment, Carla said they had already left (although she had just texted me from the place), and that I could just mop it myself! Rude! I had to insist later in the evening with proof of dirty floor, and a reminder that she had let her dog in. She first reacted with only a thumbs up to my sms. Not what I expected. She eventually "accepted" to have the floor mopped the next morning. I didn't like that interaction at all, let alone her signs of bad manners, and me and my husband were not eager to meet her again or to let her in with her dog possibly. I ended up cleaning with paper towels, that's all there was available. On the day of checkout, she texted me at 7:34AM to remind me to check out at 11am. So annoying!!! I didn't respond. The owner should definitely has someone more agreeable to do this job.
