Okay

Communication with the property owner was good. Quick response time. Location close to the Metro station.

Small bedrooms almost no space to move around. The furniture is old and falling apart. Not a nice place to send your time.

As above

Flexibility with late arrival and the easy access to downtown and food.

First, cleanliness: the property was dirty, had to start with cleaning the toilette and bathroom at 1am when we arrived. Towels were all stained and dump. The floor was dirty. Smell of smoke/tobacco in the entire flat though it is sold as non-smoking appartement. Second, equipment: The sofa bed in the living room was broken, very old and dirty, burnt out with cigarette. There was almost no cutlery, knife, vessel, etc in the kitchen. Not possible to cook. Appartement: Need renovation, especially painting. The 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are very tiny. Location: The flat is on the 1st floor, on the top of a night bar. Very loud music and singing until 2-3am each and every night. Difficult to find a parking slot, needs lot of circling in the surrounding streets. Although we didn't feel unsafe, local people advised that we should be careful as neighborhood can be dangerous in the evening. All in all it seemed to be a good price and maybe this is the value for money we should have been expected however I think cleanliness should not be a question whatever the price is.

Good

It was close to metro station!

Very small! In the rooms we couldnt change our cloths, so tiny was the space. They work with a Hammer at the ground floor at midnight, we couldnt sleep.

Está súper limpio y el personal a cargo es súper amable y atento! Nos dejaron cositas para el desayuno! ❤️ La cercanía con el metro es perfecta

La ducha muy estrecha.
