The chalet was relatively easy to find, and the check-in process went exactly as communicated with the host—everything was fine. The chalet itself was clean and spacious enough for the two of us to stay for nearly a week. There was ample closet space for our luggage, and the bedroom—which was quite roomy—featured a comfortable bed and an effective air conditioning unit capable of both cooling and heating. The living room is also spacious, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table with sturdy (though rather firm) chairs; it also has its own air conditioning unit. The kitchen includes a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a recirculating extractor hood, and a sufficient supply of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Throughout the unit, there are plenty of light fixtures and power outlets. The Wi-Fi is free and works well. The bathroom is not particularly large—a bit of a challenge for someone of my stature and limited flexibility (I am 1.93m tall and 77 years young). It contains a toilet, a shower enclosure with both a handheld and a rainfall showerhead, and a sink, with a power outlet located nearby. There is a good washing machine in the kitchen, which we made great use of. There is also a large, covered terrace that is a lovely place to relax. A small set of stairs leads down to a sheltered private garden, which features a beautiful, clean swimming pool, complete with four comfortable sun loungers. The view is stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our five-day holiday here, taking trips to the nearby nature park, several charming villages, and the beautiful historic city of Guimarães. The nearest well-stocked supermarket is 14 km away, in Vieira do Minho.
There is a fair amount of mold in the shower enclosure and bathroom; I reported this to the owner, who replied that he is aware of the issue and that it has been included in his "repair schedule." Given the overall condition of the chalet and the owner's response, we are fully confident that this problem will be resolved.

A piscina ser sazonal( poderiam ter sido mais flexíveis e abri-la a pedido). Também não gostei do facto de ter um horário para check-out ( até às 11:00) e na véspera já estarem a enviar e-mail a questionar a hora do mesmo.
