We stayed here for a family wedding held at the Marriott Hotel just around the corner, and the location could not have been better. It is an incredibly convenient spot—only an 11-minute walk into the City Centre and a mere 4-minute stroll down to the seafront. Perfect for anyone attending an event nearby or just looking to enjoy the beach and town. Highly recommended
The only minor downside is that street parking can be quite difficult very close to the property. However, a fantastic tip for future guests: just an 11-minute walk from the apartment, you can find free, all-day parking on West Overcliff Drive right next to Durley Chine. Being able to leave the car parked there safely without any fees took all the stress out

Did not use oven as went out for meals but loled clean and easy to use.
I like that you left fan and nightlight
Easy instructions to gain entry
Quite humid couldn't open windows far
Did not know how to put sofa bed together but luckily the sofa was comfortable on its own
