Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, good shower, perfect location in the city. We were traveling by bicycle - for us it was perfect to park the bikes safely in the underground parking. Even packing the bikes to prepare them for the flight home was easily possible.
Maybe to be improved: at the breakfast buffet no small spoons were provided; it would be nice to have one e.g. to stir the coffee or tea. We used a fork instead...
Honey and confitures were offered in bowls so that one could take an individual portion (good to avoid plastic!) - but unfortunately there were no small bowls to put it in (I used a big soup bowl then).
Small aspects - but considering the price of the hotel I would expect that. Anyway - nice place!

No option to cancel breakfast. Breakfast was sub par, for example no hot milk machine. They did make an effort and biol it manually, but that's not optimal

The staff and the room was clean and decent size.
The fitness room was closed due to renovations and we were not told about this upon booking which gives a bad taste in your mouth as I choose hotels depending on if they have fitness rooms or not.
