Location in historic part of town was great, albeit it meant noisy nights. The apartment had two bathrooms and was spacious. The beds were comfortable.
The sofa was very stained and very uncomfortable, so sitting in the living room was not a pleasant experience. Although the apartment was generally well equipped, there were only two very small glasses to drink from (there were mugs for hot drinks), and one of them was badly chipped, making it unusable. There were just four hangers in this family apartment, although we were able to obtain more when we called and requested some. But that was the only time we were able to reach management. At no point during our five-day stay did we see any staff anywhere or manage to reach them by phone or via their WhatsApp number. I tried contacting them about the glasses and later to inquire whether we could check out an hour later than the announced time but they didn’t answer any of my messages on WhatsApp and they put me on hold for 10 minutes on the phone and then disconnected. We’d stayed at this building three years earlier and it was in much better shape and communication with management used to work. For the price i definitely expected better than what we got.

I absolutely loved the studio, really easy check in and extremely convenient location. Decor was cute too and definitely felt at home here! Within minutes of the centre and the university making it easy for me to attend the conference. Also extremely safe with great aircon and soundproofing!
I wish there was an iron

The room was big and spacious. Also, the location is nice.
There was a sewer smell on the entire building, didn’t find anyone to complain about it
