The bed was comfortable and big enough for my boyfriend (who is 6'4) and I. We both really enjoyed having a full size fridge to use and the microwave. The breakfast was great. All the facility seems very new/ up to date.
It didn't seem like room service had gone into your room to pick up our trash bags. The staff seemed friendly but we over heard a conversation between workers talking about they can't wait to not have to deal with the "weirdos" of the Ohio Renaissance Faire in a week. We might be weird, but we pay quite well! We're willing to stay here again but both of these things were definitely off-putting.

Very clean!
Breakfast didn’t have the greatest options, especially when the waffle maker was down.

Beautiful and clean
The “General manager “ charged us for our service dogs because we left them up in our room so we could unload our vehicle. When I called back a week later to ask about the charge, the front desk lady was very nice and told me what the notes stated . I have called several times leaving notes for the gm to contact me for a refund on the deposit for my service dog and the GM has ignored and avoided me.
