It was an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly, especially Bozok, he was the best!!

The hotel is very conveniently located, especially for travellers using Sabiha Gökçen Airport, which is only around 10 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was good throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent and definitely one of the highlights. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, there were a few details that I would expect to be better at a five-star hotel. On both occasions when I checked in, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which I found surprising. There were also no bathrobes in the room. In addition, the shower area was not properly sealed, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor through the glass door.
More generally, the room itself did not fully meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. I believe these details could easily be improved and would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

The breakfast is as usually exceptional, very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and also spacious.
The front desk employee “Hussayni” is one of the worst Hospitality employees i have ever encountered. He was very rude, unprofessional, and just kept saying it’s “Impossible to do” whenever i ask him for anything. The jacuzzi was broken, the weight scale was broken, and the shower fled with water, but immediately technicians came at the scene. The low rating is mainly because of the rude employee that changed and affected my mood for the whole stay. He was not a Mövempick (Accor) staff standard.
