Adjunto fotos como evidencia. Experiencia nefasta después de tener el alojamiento reservado desde hacía aproximadamente entre 7 y 8 meses. La casa estaba muy sucia y muy lejos de lo que se refleja en las fotos. Tuve que contactar con la propietaria para que nos volvieran a enviar al personal de limpieza. Después de una segunda vez, en la que el personal de limpieza tardó muchísimo en venir, la casa seguía muy sucia y con restos de huéspedes anteriores, como pelos, por ejemplo. La propietaria se ofreció a una tercera vez, pero finalmente no podía contactar con el personal de limpieza y la rechazamos por ineficacia, por lo que decidimos limpiar nosotros. Por otro lado, una de las dos habitaciones no tuvo juegos de sábanas la primera noche (lo reclamamos y supuestamente nos las iban a traer la segunda vez que vinieron a limpiar, pero no las trajeron y hasta el día siguiente ya no nos las pudieron traer porque la propietaria seguía sin poder contactar con el personal de limpieza). Además, la otra cama estaba con las sábanas sucias, las cuales no se cambiaron hasta el día siguiente (nos dimos cuenta cuando fuimos a dormir). Durante la limpieza, encontramos excrementos de animal por la casa. Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando la tercera noche nos encontramos un ratón en el cubo de la basura de la cocina. Esto lo pusimos en conocimiento de la propietaria, a lo cual le restó importancia. La propietaria fue educada y amable en el trato, pero para nada estuvo a la altura de las circunstancias, ya que nunca nos compensó por todo esto. Por nuestra parte se nos olvidó avisar que íbamos con nuestra mascota, y la propietaria nos dejó entrever que la compensación era no cobrarnos los 35 euros de la mascota. Todo lo anterior hizo que abandonáramos la casa antes de tiempo. Jamás repetiría y desde luego la gestión dejó mucho que desear.
