I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was great, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and willing to help when I discovered a mouse in my room on my last day. I appreciated their response to the situation.
However, I believe more needs to be done to seal any holes or potential entry points to prevent mice from getting into the rooms in the future. With this issue addressed, the overall experience would be much better.

A spotless one bed apt about a 3 minute walk from the tube station. A quiet nights sleep and a good hot shower. Coffee machine and fridge. What more would you want? Will definitely book again for my next visit to London.

Room was spotlessly clean and location was excellent for central London access. It was also a 2 min walk to lots of shops, restaurants and tube station. Bed was comfy and bathroom new and modern. Was really impressed with the room overall.
It was very warm in the room and due to the location being so close to the tube station, opening the window made it very noisy. Definitely take ear plugs if you stay here.

It had a bed and a functional shower.
It was the size of a shoebox, the sink had a distinct smell of sulfur, the bed was pretty basic and the windows kept swinging about because they didn’t stay open. This meant the room was very hot and stuffy.
