Quiet neighborhood. Cute and clean room. We loved the fireplace that didn’t put out heat unless you turned up thermostat. Bed was wonderful. They thought of lots of extra amenities - even a brown noise machine and slippers!
Room had a damp feel (maybe because the floors were still wet from being cleaned). Even the sheets felt damp to the touch and we struggled to dry the air out until the second night. Not the hotels fault though. The shower was difficult to find warm water and was only mildly warm at best.

Everything was clean, updated and honestly i have no complaints. Parking wasn’t too much of a problem and the area we stayed in felt safe enough to leave our car on the street.

The building is very quaint and it was easy getting in using the door code. It honestly had everything we needed and more, fully stocked with extra toiletry supplies and kitchenette supplies as well. The TV was easy to use and the space was pretty clean which was appreciated. The location was also very convenient to downtown and other places we wanted to visit in the area.
For starters, yes the walls are very very thin and you're surrounded by other people. It wasn't super loud upstairs thankfully (we were on a ground level unit) but there were people next door trying to check in at like 11pm and just them talking was very loud and disruptive. The AC unit/heater was very noisy and sounded like it wasn't working very well. It just made this awful high pitched sound all night but we needed to have it on to keep the room cool. I think my biggest issue with this place was the bed. It was SO uncomfortable. When two people lay it in it literally formed a ditch and I woke up multiple times in the night with severe back pain. It was to the point where I wanted to leave early just to leave that bed. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Honestly the worst sleep I've had in a while. Street parking is ok, but a little bit of a pain when carrying luggage 2 blocks away. I'd come back to give another go but very apprehensive just cause of the bed
