My rating takes cost into consideration. I felt the room was a great value, especially being I never use housekeeping at hotels. It was very clean, pillows had multiple levels of fill to appease preferences, fridge and microwave allowed for inexpensive grab-n-go meals between adventures, and a keurig.
I did not use TV (too busy!), so cannot speak to that. It was a larger tv, but when first turned on I only saw Hawaii info channels, so definitely clarify before booking if options are important.
My only negative was that the thermostat did absolutely nothing when changing fan speed low to high... it just stayed the same. It was also set at 72 and would not go lower (well, it would look like it would, but would switch back to 72 on its own) so between that, the slow fan speed, and being on the 35th floor, there were times it was a bit warm for sleeping.

Good location
1. The tub smelt like pee really bad, it was hard to shower bc of the smell. Also didn’t drain.
2. A bunch of add on costs showed up after booking. When asked, they played dumb and told me the wrong prices, gave a “discount” and still didn’t honor an amount that was in the listing. Would’ve rather booked through hotel, since we ended up not saving any money. It’s a false advertisement.
3. They sent in maintenance without telling us… we would’ve appreciated a better warning. We had some things lost and it’s harder to know what happened now. We also didn’t need maintenance for what was happening, they put a towel down but that’s what we had done anyways.
4. When trying to communicate over the lost item, they weren’t very good at acting like they cared or communicating with their team. Took days to get a response.
