Very relaxing holiday in excellent apartment.

Excellent location. 10 minute walk to beach. Bars and restaurants within 5 min walk. The 220 bus stop for Marbella/Fuengirola is nearby as well as a taxi rank (very reasonable rates). The property is very well fitted with a/c + fans and a good balcony. Patrick met us on arrival and the Sylvia (the owner) also called to see if everything was ok. This was our 3rd time in this apartment, which says it all.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would book this property again

Pool area was great, location was perfect

Parking was a bit hit and miss due to the busy activity centre opposite the property

Deposit refund scam

Location, kitchen room

The €200 deposit was not returned in full. The total amount refunded was €141. No receipt for the purchase of a new mattress cover. I disagree with the cost of the mattress cover; it can be washed. My deposit was returned after 21 days, which is a breach of contract (the refund period is 7 days). Patricia and Patrick are not responding to my messages. Be careful - this is an unscrupulous apartment owner. I do not recommend Pinogolf de Don Carlos and Time and Home Company.

Excellent apartment. Will be back for 3rd visit

All extras provided. Mosquito screens, aircon + fans, shelving etc. Very well equipped overall. Located walking distance from bars & restaurants and beach.

Maybe the double bed was a little bit hard or bumpy for personal preference.

Locatie

De bedden waren totaal niet comfortabel. Veel te hard. En er waren geen dekbedden alleen lakens.
