Difficult parking and no dropoff. Hard to find the right apt at night

The location was the only positive aspect of our stay.

Upon arrival, we had difficulty accessing the apartment complex, as the provided key code did not work. The supplementary code sent to us also failed. Once we finally checked in, we immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarettes and body odor, as well as an overall lack of cleanliness in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area. We contacted guest services, but it took around 40 minutes to reach someone. They requested photo evidence, which we provided. During our second call—made to request cleaning—we also discovered that the bed sheets and towels were soiled and contained hairs. We reported this and were verbally assured that fresh linens and a cleaning service would be arranged for the following afternoon. When we returned to the apartment the next day, we were disappointed to find the same unpleasant smell upon entry. The cleaning appeared to be only superficial: trash bins had not been emptied, and the bed sheets and towels had not been replaced as promised. We were told afterward that the replacements had not been made because we had not provided additional photos following our second call—an excuse that felt unreasonable given our earlier verification. We also noticed a rotting cigarette pack behind the bed, and the mop provided in the apartment was completely dry and clearly unused. We attempted to contact guest services once more and waited approximately 15–20 minutes on the phone before reaching someone. Although we explained the situation in detail, no clear solution was offered, and the only compensation proposed was half the cost of the cleaning service—around 30 euros—which did not reflect the inconvenience and stress we experienced throughout the remainder of our stay.

Best apartment in Warsaw

The best apartment we ever booked in Warsaw. Location is perfect, apartment is big and this is definitely best value of money. Free parking is also an absolute advantage. Will definitely come here again on the next visit. Thank you!

Perfect location for a long weekend in Warsaw.

Very well appointed spacious flat in a good location. Plenty of local shops & restaurants, easy access to the centre of town by bus, train and taxi. Free off-street parking available in underground carpark.

Lokalizacja świetna.

Brak ręcznika papierowego lub ściereczki w kuchni! Czystość lokalu do poprawy. Informacje o poprzednich gościach w ramach biegu Ironman :-) . Kapsułki do w kawy które nie są do tego ekspresu spowodowały wyciek kawy i pobrudzenie rzeczy i brak kawy :-) Niestety zapchany dopływ w łazience spowodował zalanie jej i wyłączeniem prysznica na dwa dni. Zgłoszenie usterki rano na adres podany w materiałach okazał się błędny :-( dopiero kontakt telefoniczny po otwarciu biura okazał się trafiony. fachowiec był w dniu następnym około 17 czyli parę godzin przed wyjazdem. Na pochwałę należy dodać że uberem zostały dostarczone dodatkowe ręczniki aby ratować zalanie łazienki. Opisane kwestie były kłopotliwe ale i tak lokalizacja i mieszkanko jest Ok.

Ogólnie to wszystko ok:)

Jedyna uwaga to nieprzyjemny zapach ulatniający się z łazienki. Druga to wyposażenie kuchni. Noże są tak tępe, ze ciężko pomidora przekroić i pora chyba na wymianę sztućców. Wszystko reszta jest ok!
