Location was absolutely wonderful, décor was gorgeous. Fascinating historic building - and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The ability to cook for myself was also extremely nice.
Getting my access card was tricky, as I was locked out of my email and had to call to get the information. Also rather noisy, but this can't really be helped since it's downtown.

I was in town for a conference and the location and room were great. I loved having a work space and the historic building with all the information about its past was interesting.
The host/owners weren't particularly responsive. I asked several times about being able to check in a little early and they didn't respond and it was difficult to have a live conversation about it.

Great location in downtown Minneapolis close to a Target with a grocery section and several nearby coffee shops. Simple set up that works well if you are going to something at the Convention Center.
Check in is somewhat complex and hard to complete. I had issue in my room that required repeated calls to get fixed. Finally was fixed but was frustrating to deal with. Remote front desk is a little cumbersome. But overall a good stay for a good value. A cool historic building

It’s clean and private
The staff communication was unhelpful.
