Perfect place for a relaxing few days (despite the storm raging outside) The flat was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and there was tea, coffee and nibbles provided as welcome extras. Also milk in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Location in a quiet street was only a few minutes walk into town. Well impressed by Leylands.
There was nothing not to like.

We loved every little detail about this apartment. It was comfy clean and spacious. Cool packs on freezer so if you wanted to make a picnic it would keep cool. Games room for kids, if you have them. And also if not ๐คฃ Maysie has thought of everything. We bought milk teabags oil for cooking plus breakfast stuff, but are out everyday. The attention to detail is brilliant . What a truly magnificent gem. The previous guests have left brilliant reviews in the book ages provided. Shall Definately come back.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking although we did eat out for the 2 nights we were there. Shower was lovely and powerful. The only bed we used was in the main bedroom which was very comfortable. It was the hottest day of the year when we stayed (32 degrees), but managed to stay comfortable due to all the fans that were in the apartment ๐.
Excellent location just a short walk to Cromer town centre and the beach. Lovely quiet neibourhood surrounded by some beautiful old buildings and lots of greenery.
The hosts Matt and Maysie contacted us to let us know that we were able to get into the apartment early once the cleaner had finished.
All in all a lovely place to stay. Thank you ๐
The stairs up to the 2nd floor (4 flights) were hard work for us but would be no problem for younger fitter people.
The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and the toilet does not have a brilliant flush but they are only minor details in the grand scheme of things.
