6 / 10Average·Oct 2026

Excellent location, spacious room, comfortable bed.

The hotel 'skimped' on too many things: no kleenex in the bathroom. Nespresso coffee capsules werent refilled after the first night. Staff was pleasant but poorly informed, eg. front desk said Atocha station was a 15 minute walk..not true, Google Maps says 30 minutes.
