Easy check-in with door code. Nice room. Good location
Smaller than the photos. Room had a cigarette smell when we walked in.

It felt safe and secure. Was very clean and what I needed
I would prefer staff on site and had a little bit of bother initially, getting my code to be accepted and no answer when I called the number that is displayed.

Great location for BCLM.
Clean.
Good value for money.
Stayed here before and enjoyed the Peaky Blinders themed pub, had a great meal. This time it was apartments with no people around. Bit of a shock, but it was okay once we sussed the changes.

The location of the hotel and the big car park
Self check in we had no.problems on this occasion, no bed side tables, no TV remote room 206, no hair dryer, add more coat hangers please. A vending machine downstairs as there are no snacks or drinks available.
