The staff are super sweet and helpful. They make sure everything is arranged before I arrive. They respond to my WhatsApp messages immediately to answer all my questions. I noticed my charger wasn't working and it was almost 8 pm, so I asked if they could lend me one. Although they didn't have a spare one, they searched all the possible shops for me so I could get one and make sure I got one :) The room is clean and tidy. Everything's well arranged
The flight path is very close to the hotel so it can be very noisy. The room is big, so the AC runs a bit slower to cool down the room. However, sitting on the balcony of the room is also very noisy because there are some enginee/machine is running. The good thing is that you won't hear it if you close the door.

The location was excellent, and the private parking was a great bonus. We always found a parking spot, even when returning late at night or in the evening. Check-in was simple, convenient, and hassle-free.
Communication was outstanding - every time we reached out, we received a quick response and all our questions were answered promptly. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!
