Great location to what we needed for in Abruzzi. Right in the beach. Great outdoor Facilties, very beautiful white building with red terracotta roof Italian feel about it. Own in room laundry Facilty, this was useful.
Didn’t like how you had to wear a swimming cap for the pool (for those that have hair) this annoyed us. They don’t clean your room each day although the price you pay is no different to a fully service 5 star hotel. They don’t supply toilet paper other than the first roll or two provided , so bring your own if you have a family and are intending to stay a little while.
No ironing equipment provided. Although on the beach, no direct access. Air con system only effective in the main bedroom, is not effective to the rest of the room where the kids sleep. 5 star out door facilities but the rooms are very basic like a a camping ground bungalow vibe.

Lovely property with kind and helpful staff.
The reception service was not very professional, as the stated working hours were not respected. If the reception is scheduled to open at 8:00 a.m., the receptionist should be at their desk and ready to assist guests at that time, ideally arriving a few minutes earlier. The same applies to closing hours. If the reception is advertised as being open until 9:00 p.m., staff should remain available until then, rather than leaving earlier. Otherwise, it would be better to update the published opening hours to reflect the actual schedule.
